Creating star lanterns with a company called Transported
We thoroughly enjoyed creating our lanterns to parade in Boston later this month.
Composing Timestable tunes

Drama with Rhubarb Theatre

Representing fossilisation in the grounds
Using natural material to show the process of fossilisation.
We were lucky enough to be visited by a number of very interesting animals including a snake, a tarantula and a tortoise!
We had great fun out in the sunshine writing instructions and making the infamous Butterbeer from the Harry Potter books/films.
Learning about Science and Maths of the future!
We had a very enjoyable assembly learning about what the future brings, inspiring us to think about jobs for the future.
Harry Potter Outdoor Day
Today, we all went outside and completed different activities linked to Harry Potter. We worked on our bushcraft skills by creating and lighting our own tinder nests and cooking soup and cheese wands on the fire.
In the afternoon, we played 'Capture Higwarts'. This enabled us to work in teams in order to meet our tracking skill.
We also created mud goblins on the tree trunks and had a go at using natural materials to create a Harry Potter inspired piece of artwork/ storyboard.
